We carefully designed around the complexities of the existing structure, incorporating innovative solutions to maximize space and light. The structure was also designed offering the flexibility to support future conversions and extensions.

In this project, we provided structural design services for converting a barn into a comfortable liveable space. Our work included remediation to address existing structural issues and strengthening measures to enhance the barn’s capacity for modern amenities. We also designed the foundations to support the new layout, ensuring both stability and durability while preserving the barn’s original charm.

This project involves a property room extension designed with 7-meter bifold doors that provide an open connection to the outside, maximizing natural light and creating a spacious feel. Additionally, the extension includes three skylight roof openings, enhancing the interior with more daylight.
